Kelly Vincent

Kelly Vincent is the youngest woman to have been elected to an Australian Parliament. She is a member of the South Australian Legislative Council as the Dignity Party representative and is the first Australian to be elected on the platform of disability rights. Vincent is passionate about the rights and needs of people with disabilities, and is also a keen human rights advocate.
